Meet our elders and vision board!

Our Leadership Team

These wonderful people provide oversight, vision-casting, and operational support for our church family! We are governed by two boards - an elder board to provide spiritual oversight, and a vision board to execute the vision of our church and ministry.

James is our strategist and go-to "techie." But he may be best known for making delicious macarons.

Kelly has served faithfully at Cross Walk a long time, and is one of our financial wizards.

Scott oversees the LIFE conference for the C&MA, and AllianceYouth... which makes him perfectly qualified to guide our team of misfits.

Eric is the "show up guy" at Cross Walk- if there is an event, a need, a bible study, a prayer request, Eric shows up every time.

Mike Brue

Mike has more degrees than most people have computers, and yet you won't find a more humble teacher and friend. Mike leads our ESL ministry.

Brian is an engineer by trade and servant by heart. His favored spot on Sundays is the sound booth where he makes sure we're live and heard.

Kathy is a former international worker with the C&MA and now oversees the Alliance Peacemaking ministry. She serves as board secretary.

Rachel is a former international worker with the C&MA in France and currently serves with Marketplace Ministries. She's a leader of leaders.
